Started with getting lost. Built so you don't have to.
Events are supposed to feel effortless. You discover something that moves you, secure your ticket, show up, and become part of the moment. But too often, the technology vanishes the second the actual experience begins. The purchase is instant—yet finding the right entrance, navigating crowded concourses, and holding on to the memories afterward still feel like separate, frustrating chores.
The spark for Seatium came in 2024 at an Inter Miami match. Buying tickets on our phones took less than two minutes. Finding our seats once we walked through the gates took twenty minutes of wandering through concrete tunnels, deciphering vague signage, and asking three different ushers. The ticket got us to the turnstile. It did nothing to help us experience the night.
Around the same time, we were volunteering backstage with independent event organizers and saw the exact same disconnect from the other side. The people bringing the night to life were drowning in five disconnected platforms—juggling ticket tiers, reconciling spreadsheets, troubleshooting finicky door scanners, and blasting emergency updates when schedules shifted. Each tool handled one isolated slice, leaving organizers stranded as the manual glue holding the entire production together.
Organizers pour their souls into creating unforgettable experiences. They shouldn't have to spend the night buried behind laptop screens, chasing down sync errors and fighting handoffs that software was supposed to handle. The best event technology should quietly orchestrate the logistics so the people running the show can actually be in the room for it.
The clearest breakdown was the memories. At every event, photographers capture hundreds of electric moments. Yet days later, those images sit stranded in obscure cloud links or forgotten drives, rarely reaching the people living in them. The memories existed; the connection didn't. That realization inspired Photo Bundles—our opt-in facial recognition engine that automatically delivers attendees the high-res photos they were actually in, without digging through thousands of strangers.
These were never separate problems. Discovering a show, purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, finding your seat, and keeping the memories afterward are all chapters of a single shared story. They should feel effortless for attendees, and they shouldn't require organizers to stitch together a patchwork of fragmented systems.
Today, Seatium gives organizers one seamless operating system. From publishing high-converting event pages and managing dynamic pricing to instant QR scanning, audience CRM, and automated payouts, venue teams finally have a single source of truth.
For fans, Seatium transforms the ticket from a static barcode into an intelligent event companion—connecting discovery and checkout with interactive 3D venue mapping, AR wayfinding to your exact section, and instant photo delivery after the lights come on.
We aren't here to build another tollbooth that sells a barcode and walks away. We are building the platform that carries the entire night—for the organizers who make it happen and the fans who bring it to life.
Seatium started with getting lost. We are building it so the next person never has to.
